Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Distribute among 6 custard cups and bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes.
- Serve with coconut.
