Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup spiru tein protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a muffin tin with muffin papers.
- In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water. Mix until just combined.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until center springs back.
