Pumpkin Pie Squares

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup softened butter
Filling
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 13 1⁄2 ounces evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon clove
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3⁄4 cup white sugar
Topping
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Mix together the crust ingredients and press in a lightly greased 9"x13"pan. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
- In a large bowl, combine the filling ingredients, and beat well with a mixer.
- Pour onto hot crust and bake for 20 more minutes.
- Stir together the topping ingredients, and sprinkle on top of filling.
- Bake for 20 more minutes.
- Let cool, and cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream.
