Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine wet ingredients thoroughly with wisk.
- Whisk in spices and flour gradually.
- Pour into greased or lines muffin tins, filling 3/4 full.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
