Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄8 teaspoon clove
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3⁄4 cups pumpkin (15 oz can)
- 1 1⁄2 cups evaporated milk
Directions
- Combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg,cloves and salt.
- In a seperate bowl lightly beat the eggs
- stir in the pumpkin and the sugar/spice mixture mixing well.
- gradually add the evaporated milk.
- pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
