Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon clove
- 1 tablespoon dark molasses
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (9 inch) pie shells
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine ingredients, except for pie shell, in large mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into 9-inch pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or when knife comes out clean.
- Cover and cool. Serve.
