Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 9 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried lemon peel
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 6 tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 3 ounces warm water
- 3 ounces orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Place ingredients in the bread machine in order given directed by for your machine (generally liquid, then dry ingredients, topped by yeast).
- Set machine 1 1/2 lb loaf to go and walk away until it beeps.
