Pumpkin Pie Bread

My DD can eat this almost as soon as it gets out of the machine. It is really good with a bit of "real" butter

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 2  teaspoons active dry yeast
• 9  tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  dried lemon peel
• 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
• 6  tablespoons canned pumpkin
• 3  ounces warm water
• 3  ounces  orange juice
• 2  eggs
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter

Directions

1. Place ingredients in the bread machine in order given directed by for your machine (generally liquid, then dry ingredients, topped by yeast).
2. Set machine 1 1/2 lb loaf to go and walk away until it beeps.
