Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Use a whisk to stir in the pumpkin and blend well. Whisk in milk, both sugars and spice mix.
- Lightly grease one pie plate. Put crust in plate. Pour filling and bake for 10 minutes at 450. Lower heat to 400 and bake 40-45 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
