Pumpkin Pie

This pie recipe is excellent. I think the honey in the recipe is what makes it delicious. You may want to make 2 pies out of the ingredients if you have small pie plates. Otherwise the timing may vary.

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon
• 3⁄4 teaspoon ginger
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2  cups pumpkin
• 1⁄4 cup honey
• 1  cup evaporated milk
• 2  eggs

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and put in unbaked pie crust.
2. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then turn down oven and bake at
