Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and put in unbaked pie crust.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then turn down oven and bake at
- 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until center is no longer runny.
