Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 14 ounces pumpkin puree
- 3⁄4 cup half-and-half (or 2% evaporated milk)
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
Directions
- Mix together the pumpkin, cream, sugar, eggs, molasses, vanilla extract and spices. Pour into the prepared pie crust and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
