Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 14 ounces pumpkin
- 3⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup corn syrup
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice or 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Process or blend until smooth.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake approximately 45 minute or until tester comes out clean.
