Pumpkin Pepita Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lightly salted roasted green pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- In food processor combine all ingredients except pumpkin seeds and parsley, until smooth.
- Sprinkle with parsley and pumpkin seeds before serving.
