Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Directions

  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add the pumpkin, corn syrup, white and brown sugars, salt, vanilla, pecans and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour into pie shell and bake in a 425 degree oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
