Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1⁄2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans (broken)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions
- Beat eggs well.
- Add the pumpkin, corn syrup, white and brown sugars, salt, vanilla, pecans and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into pie shell and bake in a 425 degree oven for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
