Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butter flavor extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 8 tablespoons pumpkin puree
Directions
- Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
- Put the bisquick in a mixing bowl.
- Wisk milk, egg, extracts, cinnamon, and puree together in a seperate bowl.
- Pour liquid mixture over bisquick and stir until well mixed.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto ungreased, preheated griddle.
- When batter begins to bubble up it is time to turn.
- Turn the pancakes and let cook for 1-2 more minutes until done.
- Serve with warm maple syrup.
