Pumpkin Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup pumpkin, canned
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 1⁄3 cups white bread flour
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
- Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.
- Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
- *Totoast pecans, place in a shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until pecans are lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Cool.
