Pumpkin Nut Bread

Yields: 4-6 loaf pans
Ingredients
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup pecans
Directions
- In a large bowl or a stand mixer place the pumpkin, oil, sugar and mix well at low speed.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into loaf pans.
- Use different size loaf pans of your choice. Great gift for the fall or winter.
- Bake 350°F until center is set about 1 hour or so.
- The bread does not rise very much. So fill pans accordingly.
