Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 liter French vanilla ice cream or 1 liter any vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup cold mashed pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
Directions
- Soften ice cream.
- Mix in pumpkin and mixed spice.
- Spread into a 17 X 10cm loaf tin.
- Freeze until hard.
- Serve cut into slice with fresh fruit, muffin or a slice of cakes.
