Ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 cups whole milk
- 6 tablespoons egg substitute
- 1 cup sugar
- 15 ounces pumpkin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- beat eggs and sugar.
- add milk.
- heat in double boiler until it coats a spoon back.
- cool.
- add remaining ingredients.
- chill.
- freeze in ice cream maker.
