Pumpkin Hummus (No Refined Sugars)

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas, Low-Sodium skins removed
- 2⁄3 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1⁄4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons walnut oil
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons pepitas (garnish)
Directions
- place all of the hummus ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Place the hummus into a serving bowl and drizzle with pure maple syrup and top with pepitas.
