Pumpkin Cupcakes

Beyond easy, and very tasty and moist. I was skeptical when I saw the recipe, but it looked easy (my favorite way of cooking). Got recipe from another web site

• Yields: 18 cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4ounce) box  spice cake mix, i use duncan hines
• 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin, i use libbys

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line muffin tins with paper liners.
3. Mix cake mix and pumpkin until well mixed.
4. Spoon into cupcake liners 3/4 full.
5. Bake for 18 minutes or until center springs back when pressed.
