Pumpkin Cookies

These are a staple at my house around Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. I don't think it would feel like the holidays without them. I sometimes make cream cheese frosting to serve on the side or add 1 cup raisins and/or 1 cup chopped pecans depending on my mood. They are great plain though and not too sweet. Show more

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl and gradually add the dry ingredients.
  3. Drop by the spoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet (can be put close together as they don't spread much).
  4. Bake at 350 degrees farenheit for 15 minutes.
