  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add condensed milk, half-and-half, pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until the mixture starts to simmer, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and add vanilla extract; whisk to combine.
  3. Pour the creamer into a measuring cup and place some wax paper on top making sure it touches the surface to prevent a skin from forming; let it cool for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour into a jar or container and transfer to the fridge until needed. It keeps up to 5 days and makes 2 ½ cups.
