Pumpkin Coconut Mousse

Ingredients
- 400 g pumpkin puree (baked)
- 150 g coconut cream or 150 thick milk
- 50 ml heavy cream
- honey (optional)
- fresh ginger (optional)
Directions
- Make a pumpkin purée, add the honey and the fresh grinned ginger.
- Beat the heavy cream to a thick cream and add it to the pumpkin purée. Whisk gently.
- Put the cream into the serving cups.
- Whisk the coconut cream / milk and add it on the top of the pumpkin cream.
- Serve well cooled.
