Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven 375.
- Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil and eggs.
- Dissolve the baking soda in the 2 teaspoons of milk.
- Add the dissolved baking soda and vanilla.
- Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoons on a lightly greased sheet.
- bake about 10-12 minutes.
