Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1⁄2 cup oil (I use light olive oil)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 cups flour
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Combine first 10 ingredients until blended.
- Add flour mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Spoon into well oiled 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. *.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 65 -75 minutes or until done when tested.
- * Or 1 batch = 4 mini loaves. Bake mini loafs 45 minutes.
