  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin and pineapple.
  2. Stir in cheddar cheese, beef and onion.
  3. Shape into a ball; place on a serving platter.
  4. Score sides with a knife to resemble a pumpkin and add celery leaves for a stem.
  5. Serve with crackers.
  6. **Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
