Ingredients
Cake
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups pumpkin
Icing
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients for the cake. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool and then frost.
