Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 1⁄2 cups flour
Directions
- Mix together the pumpkin, oil, eggs, sugar and salt and beat well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Place in two 9-inch loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
