Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin (cooked, mashed or pureed from the can is fine)
- 2⁄3 cup oil (Vegetable oil is fine)
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients well.
- In a seperate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix gently.
- Divide batter equally into 2 well greased loaf pans.
- Bake for 1 hour.
