Pumpkin Bread

Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 40-60 minutes.
- Note: 3 Cups of pumpkin = 1 large can of pumpkin.
- I like to use 4 C unbleached all purpose flour and 1 C whole wheat flour. It just makes it a little bit healthier and doesn't change the texture of the bread. I always use a small portion of whole wheat flour in all of my baking.
