Ingredients
- 2 cups all-bran cereal
- 1 cup skim milk
- 3⁄4 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1⁄4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1⁄4 cups wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- soak cereal in milk for 5 minutes.
- add remaining wet ingredients.
- combine all dry ingredients and add to wet.
- fill 12 muffins pan and bake 350 for 20 minute.
- They freeze well.
