Pumpkin Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (14 ounce) can light coconut milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can navy beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons light sour cream
- 4 green onions, sliced
Directions
- drain and rinse beans.
- mix all ingredients except green onions, and light sour cream.
- bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
- blend soup with imersion blender or in small batches in blender.
- divide into 4 servings, top each with light sour cream, and green onions.
