Pumpkin Bars With Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Mix first four ingredients well. Sift last four ingridients together; add to first mixture. Pour into a greased jellyroll pan. Bake on a 325 oven for 25 minutes. Cool cake completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl place cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and milk beat unitl light and fluffy, add powdered sugar and beat. May need to add more powdered sugar or milk for frosting.
  3. Frost bars.
