Ingredients
- cooked pumpkin pie filling
- mashed potatoes
- mashed avocado
- hard-boiled egg
Directions
- mix your pumpkin with the mashed potato, add some butter and milk and lay on a shallow ovenproof pie dish.
- Make it even then score deeply with a fork to make a nice pattern.
- drizzle some olive oil and fresh grated nutmeg.
- Grill until crisp and golden mash ripe avocado and eggs until smoothish, add some seasonings and just eat with crudities or grissini or toast fingers at a buffet or as a starter.
