Pulled Pork

Great for stews or Pulled Pork sandwiches

Yields: 6 cups

Ingredients

  • 1  medium onion
  • 1  tablespoon  minced garlic
  •  salt and pepper
  • 1 (21 ounce) bottle  of hunt's hickory barbecue sauce
  • 2 -3  lbs  pork shoulder, country style ribs boneless

Directions

  1. Trim fat from Pork.
  2. Put a thin layer of ribs on the bottom of the Crockpot and stack evenly.
  3. Add Salt and Pepper to Pork.
  4. Slice Onion into medium chunks/pieces and put on top of Pork.
  5. Pour in favorite BBQ sauce (20 - 21 oz).
  6. Fill BBQ sauce bottle 75% with water and dump in Crock Pot.
  7. Ad 1 Tbsp of garlic and stir slightly.
  8. Cook for 5-6 hours on high or until meat is cooked.
