Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 (21 ounce) bottle of hunt's hickory barbecue sauce
- 2 -3 lbs pork shoulder, country style ribs boneless
Directions
- Trim fat from Pork.
- Put a thin layer of ribs on the bottom of the Crockpot and stack evenly.
- Add Salt and Pepper to Pork.
- Slice Onion into medium chunks/pieces and put on top of Pork.
- Pour in favorite BBQ sauce (20 - 21 oz).
- Fill BBQ sauce bottle 75% with water and dump in Crock Pot.
- Ad 1 Tbsp of garlic and stir slightly.
- Cook for 5-6 hours on high or until meat is cooked.
