Pulled BBQ Sandwiches

I developed this recipe because I needed something to do with a roast because DH does not like it prepared the traditional way! He couldn't stop eating them. They are great to make ahead as they taste better the next day. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season roast with pepper and Greek seasoning on both sides place in a baking pan cover with foil and place in preheated oven for 1 hr or until no longer red in the middle.
  3. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Place roast in ziploc bag and pound with meat hammer to loosen then remove from bag and pull apart with your hands (remove the fat). Set aside.
  5. Heat place BBQ sauce in medium or large sauce pan and mix with beef stock.
  6. Once mixed add pulled roast and simmer for minimum of 10 minutes.
  7. While roast is simmering toast your buns and prepare your sides!
  8. Enjoy
  9. Try substitutions such as chicken or turkey or add peppers, coleslaw, etc!
