Pull Apart Dinner Bread

This recipe initially came with the name Monkey Bread. We had it over Christmas, and it is great bread! Very easy to make and really good. Show more

  1. Mix two cups really warm water, sugar, salt and yeast and let stand until bubbly.
  2. Add beaten eggs and 3 cups flour, and stir. DO NOT BEAT.
  3. Add vegetable oil and 3 more cups flour. It will be sticky.
  4. Cover and let rise until double.
  5. Roll out on surface.
  6. Cut in circles with biscuit cutter (jar lid or glass).
  7. Melt margarine in bundt or angel food cake pan. Put circles standing up like a pinwheel.
  8. Let rise to top of pan.
  9. Bake 350 for 30-40 minute.
  10. Turn upside down on plate.
