Provencal Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1⁄3 cup tapenade (purchased)
- 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- fresh oregano sprig
Directions
- Thaw puff pastry.
- Cut into small squares and place each square into a muffin cup.
- Place 1/2 tsp tapenade on each square.
- Top with 2 pieces of cherry tomato and feta cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 mintuers.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
