Ingredients
- 8 egg whites
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 scoops whey protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup water
Directions
- Mix everything. Pour into well greased 13x9 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
