Protein Pancakes

Yields: 8-10 PANCAKES
Ingredients
- 120 g whey powder
- 1⁄2 cup soymilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- butter
- nonstick cooking spray
- blackburns sugar-free syrup
Directions
- Mix protein powder, milk, eggs, oil and baking powder in a mixer until smooth.
- Ladle two large spoon fulls of batter onto sprayed skillet. flip when required.
- Place butter pads on pancakes and pour syrup to taste.
