Protein Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake

Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 banana (cut into pieces and frozen beforehand)
- 1 -2 tablespoon organic peanut butter (i use salt-free for less sodium)
- 2 tablespoons fatfree sugarfree chocolate pudding mix
- 5 -6 ice cubes (depending on size)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into your blender or magic bullet and blend. Enjoy! :) *You might want to add the peanut butter last before blending to avoid sticking.
