Protein Bars

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup dried apricot (I counted 13)
- 1⁄3 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup dried edamame
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 cup oat bran
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in food processor.
- Use rubber spatula & spread onto glass baking dish.
- I used a small one so that I would have thicker bars.
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
- Cool, cut, enjoy.
