Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3⁄4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1⁄2 cup ground flax seed
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup crushed cereal (Fiber One, Honey Bunches of Oats)
- 1⁄3 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
- Combine peanut butter, milk powder, flaxseed, and honey in a bowl and mix well.
- Stir in sunflowers.
- Roll mixture in small bowls and then roll balls in crushed cereal.
- Place on waxed paper.
- Chill in refridgerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
