Prosciutto and Fontina Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 slices Italian bread
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup basil pesto
- 8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 cup arugula leaf
- 4 slices Fontina cheese
Directions
- Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- Top 4 bread slices with pesto, prosciutto, arugula and fontina. Cover with remaining bread slices.
- Grill 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
