Pretzel Salad

This is one of my family's favorite desserts. We love to try different fruits and find that Strawberry, peach, and raspberry are our favorites. (I've even made just the pretzel mixture for my husband once) Cook time refers to refrigerated time. Show more

Directions

  1. Mix together pretzels, butter, and 4 tbsp sugar. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool completely.
  2. Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
  3. Fold in Cool whip and spread mixture over cooled pretzels.
  4. Combine jello powder, boiling water, and strawberries. Pour mixture over cream cheese.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 or 4 hours.
  6. cut into squares and serve.
