Pretzel Salad

Serves: 8-12
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3⁄4 cup butter (melted)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 (6 ounce) carton strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
- 1⁄4 cup boiling water
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
Directions
- Mix together pretzels, butter, and 4 tbsp sugar. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool completely.
- Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
- Fold in Cool whip and spread mixture over cooled pretzels.
- Combine jello powder, boiling water, and strawberries. Pour mixture over cream cheese.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 or 4 hours.
- cut into squares and serve.
