Pretzel Coated Tilapia

DD#1 (the chef)brought this recipe home from a co-worker. I thought what a unique way to coat anything! I hate fish but cant wait to try this on chicken tenders. Dont think it could get much easier than this! Show more

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce)  tilapia fillets
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 2  cups  finely crushed  pretzels

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Brush both sides of fillets with mayonnaise.
  3. Coat with crushed pretzels pressing in if needed.
  4. Place in a lightly greased baking pan.
  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
