Pretzel Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 -8 cut chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed pretzel
- 1⁄2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Marinate
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade (or Apricot Jam)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Marinate the Chicken Tenders in the mixture
- Combine pretzels and panko in a gallon ziplock.
- Add 1/2 the tenders to the bag and shake to coat.
- Spray cookie sheet with Pam and place chicken on sheet.
- Spray with additional Pam.
- Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
