Pretzel Chicken

yummy twist on chicken tenders

• Serves: 3

Ingredients

• 6 -8  cut chicken breasts
• 1  cup  crushed  pretzel
• 1⁄2 cup panko breadcrumbs

• Marinate

• 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
• 1  tablespoon orange marmalade (or Apricot Jam)
• 1  tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Marinate the Chicken Tenders in the mixture
2. Combine pretzels and panko in a gallon ziplock.
3. Add 1/2 the tenders to the bag and shake to coat.
4. Spray cookie sheet with Pam and place chicken on sheet.
5. Spray with additional Pam.
6. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
