Ingredients
- 45 ounces beets, coarsely shredded (canned or fresh)
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 4 ounces prepared horseradish
- pepper
- sugar (just a dash)
Directions
- Drizzle vinegar over beets. Mix the rest into the beets.
- Refrigerate overnight so the flavor develops.
