Prawn (Shrimp) Butter

Ingredients
- 75 g peeled prawns
- 2 anchovies
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 50 g unsalted butter, softened
Directions
- Chop the prawns and anchovies into small pieces, then pound in a mortar and pestle.
- Add the cayenne pepper and butter and mix well; use immediately.
