Prawn and Prosciutto Salad Recipe

This is rather an unconventional seafood salad and we loved it.

Directions

  1. Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Wrap the flat head fillets in the prosciutto with parsley.
  3. Fry them in little olive oil until just done.
  4. Prepare the salad dressing and toss the vegetables.
  5. Place the fillets on top.
  6. Garnish with pine nuts.
  7. Sprinkle with vinegar.
